In order to ensure a safe and convenient trading experience for our users, FAMEEX supports 8 different security verifications to enhance security and safety.

1. Email Address

Log in to FAMEEX and click the upper icon [Profile] and enter to click [Security] to see [Email] on the page. You can change or add your email to proceed with security verification. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after email reset.

2. Phone

Log in to FAMEEX and click the upper icon [Profile] and enter to click [Security] to see [Phone] on the page. You can change or add your mobile number to proceed with security verification. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after phone number reset.

3. Google Verifier

Google 2-factor authentication is software-based authenticator by Google that implements two-step verification services using the Time-based One-time Password Algorithm which ensures stable, fast and secure verification. After you turn on this feature, it will generate auth codes every 30 seconds. With this auth code, you can use it on login, withdrawal and change your password as security verification.

Log in to FAMEEX and click the upper icon [Profile] and enter to click [Security] to see [Google Verifier] on the page to proceed your Google 2FA. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after Google 2FA reset.

4. Login Password

Change your password regularly. We suggest you change your login password once every three months.

Log in to FAMEEX and click the upper icon [Profile] and enter to click [Security] to see [Login Password] on the page to change your password. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after password reset.

5. Anti-Phishing Code

This is an identification code that users set to prevent damage caused by phishing emails by manually setting an correct code to distinguish FAMEEX official emails from phishing emails. After setup, each email will contain this code in the body of the email as identification.

Log in to FAMEEX and click the upper icon [Profile] and enter to click [Security] to see [Anti-Phishing Code] on the page to set up your anti-phishing code. Your code must contain at least 4 to 20 characters, including numbers. Anti Phishing code can’t be the same as your login password.

6. Withdrawal Security

This is to manage your withdrawal address which you can add, change or delete. With this feature you can quickly withdraw without verification. Please be cautious that if your safe withdrawal address is incorrect, you will lose your assets and can’t be retrieved.

Log in to FAMEEX and click the upper icon [Profile] and enter to click [Security] to see [Withdrawal Security] on the page to enter [View]. 

Then set up your safe withdrawal address on the next page. Your withdrawal security address cannot exceed over 10 characters. One account can only be added to a maximum of 20 addresses. Each token can only be added to 4 addresses. 

7. Device Management

You can trust, terminate or block any devices through this feature. Trust device will reduce the login verification process and login quickly.

Log in to FAMEEX and click the upper icon [Profile] and enter to click [Security] to see [Device Management] on the page to [Manage] your devices. 

8. Security Log

Our System will keep the recent security log as your safety operating record.

Log in to FAMEEX and click the upper icon [Profile] and enter to click [Security] to see [Security Log] on the page to [View] your security records.
