To ensure a safe trading experience for our users, FAMEEX provides 8 different security verifications to enhance your account more secure.

1. Email

Log in to FAMEEX and click [User Center] in the upper right corner of the webpage and click [Security] - [Email] - [Change]. You can change or bind your email after proceeding with security verification. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after the email is changed.

2. Phone

Log in to FAMEEX and click [User Center] in the upper right corner of the webpage and click [Security] - [Phone] - [Change]. You can change or bind your mobile after proceeding with security verification. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after the phone number is changed.

3. Google Authenticator

Google 2-factor authentication is a software-based authenticator by Google that implements two-step verification services using the Time-based One-time Password Algorithm which ensures stable, fast and secure verification. After you enable Google 2FA, it will generate auth codes every 30 seconds. With this auth code, you can use it to log in, withdraw and change your password.

Log in to FAMEEX and click [User Center]  in the upper right corner of the webpage and click  [Security] - [Google Authenticator] - [Enable]  to proceed with your Google 2FA. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after Google 2FA is enabled.

4. Login Password

Change your password regularly. We suggest you change your login password quarterly.

Log in to FAMEEX and click [User Center] in the upper right corner of the webpage and click [Security] - [Login Password] - [Change]  to change your password. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after a password is changed.

5. Anti-Phishing Code

Anti-phishing code is a security feature provided by FAMEEX exchange that allows users to add an extra layer of security to their accounts against fraudulent forms of exchanges. This feature is mainly used to prevent email phishing. After you have set up an anti-phishing code, each email that has been sent to you will contain the code you set up as security verification.

Log in to FAMEEX and click [User Center] in the upper right corner of the webpage and click [Security] - [Anti-Phishing Code] - [Enable] to set up your anti-phishing code. Your anti-phishing code must contain at least 4 to 20 characters, including numbers. Anti Phishing code can’t be the same as your login password.

6. Withdrawal Security

This is to manage your withdrawal addresses where you can add, change or delete. When you whitelisted withdrawal addresses, you can quickly withdraw without further verification. Please be cautious that if your safe withdrawal address is incorrect, you will lose your assets and can’t be retrieved.

Log in to FAMEEX and click [User Center] in the upper right corner of the webpage and click [Security] -  [Withdrawal Security] -[View]. It will then direct you to set up your safe withdrawal address on the next page. Your withdrawal security address cannot exceed over 10 characters. One account can only be added to a maximum of 20 addresses. Each token can only be added to 4 withdrawal addresses. 

7. Device Management

You can trust, terminate, and block any devices through this feature. Trust devices will reduce the login verification process and log in quickly.

Log in to FAMEEX and click [User Center] in the upper right corner of the webpage and click [Security]-  [Device Management] - [Manage] your devices. 

8. Security Log

Our System will keep the recent security log as your safety operating record.

Log in to FAMEEX and [User Center] in the upper right corner of the webpage and click [Security] - [Security Log] - [View] your security records. 

Note: We suggest that you enable multiple security verifications at the same time to ensure that your account is safer and to protect your assets.
