1. Log in to your FAMEEX account. Find [User Center] in the upper right corner of the FAMEEX webpage and then click [Security].

2. Under [Security], please find [Login Password]. Click [Change] to proceed.

3. Complete Email Security Verification: Click [Get Code] and a verification code will be sent to your registered email. Please check and enter the code timely and click [Next].

4. Complete Mobile Security Verification: Click [Get Code] and the system will send a message which contains the verification code to your registered mobile. Please check and enter it timely and click [Next]. 

5. Enter your new login password then click [Confirm]. 

Note:

1. Please use your registered mobile/email to complete the security verification when resetting your password.

2. Withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after a password reset due to security concerns.
