1. Why hasn't my deposit been credited?
Transferring funds from an external platform to FAMMEX involves three steps:
1.1 Withdrawal from the external platform
1.2 Blockchain network confirmation
1.3 FAMEEX credits the funds to your account
Note:
a) Due to possible network congestion, there might be a significant delay in processing your transaction. You may use the TxID (Transaction ID) to look up the status of the transfer of your assets.
b) If the transaction has not yet been fully confirmed by the blockchain network nodes or has not reached the minimum amount of network confirmations specified by our system, please wait patiently for it to be processed. When the transaction has been confirmed, FAMMEX will credit the funds to your account.
c) If there is no record on the blockchain, it is likely that the crypto has not been transferred. In this case, please contact the customer support of the corresponding platform for assistance. Our customer support is unable to assist with this issue.
2. Why hasn't my withdrawal arrived in the account?
Transferring funds from your FAMMEX account to another exchange or wallet involves three steps:
2.1 Withdrawal request on FAMEEX
2.2 Blockchain network confirmation
2.3 Deposit on the corresponding platform
Once you’ve submitted your withdrawal request, you could check your withdrawal status for more information.
a) If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Pending”, please wait for the confirmation process to be completed. If the status “Pending” lasts for a long time, you could contact our customer support. In this stage, you also can cancel your withdrawal request.
b) If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Reviewing”, please wait for the confirmation process to be completed. If the status “Reviewing” lasts for a long time, this varies depending on the blockchain network.
c) If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Completed”, it means that your funds have been sent out successfully and we are unable to provide any further assistance on this matter. Please contact the corresponding platform for verification if the funds still haven't arrived in the account after confirmation.
