How to Change Your Email Address? (Web)

1. Log in to your FameEX account, click the ‘User Center’ icon, and tap ‘Account Management’.

2. Under ‘Security Settings’ - ’Email’, you can click ‘Modify’ to change.

3. Before changing your email address, you must link your account to either Google Verification or Mobile Verification.

4. Proceed with email security verification: Click ‘Send’ to receive a verification code at your registered email address. Enter your new email address, then promptly input the code sent to your new email, your Google Authenticator code, and click ‘Modify’ to complete the process.

Reminder:

1. To change your email address, you must enable at least one verification method—either a mobile number or Google Authenticator.

2. For security reasons, please note that withdrawals will be suspended for 48 hours after your email address is changed.
