API Service Maintenance Announcement

Dear Users,

To further optimize the stability, security, and future functionality of the platform’s API services, FameEX will carry out maintenance and upgrades for API-related services. The maintenance period is currently tentative, and the specific restoration time will be subject to a further announcement.

During the maintenance period, API functions will be affected as follows:
1. Suspension of New API Creation
During the maintenance period, users will be unable to create new API Keys. Related creation, configuration, and authorization functions will be temporarily unavailable.

2. Existing APIs Will Be Disabled from June 5
Starting from June 5, all APIs previously created by users will be disabled. Users will no longer be able to use APIs to place orders, cancel orders, query data, execute trading strategies, or perform other related operations.

3. Please Cancel Pending Orders and Manage Positions in Advance
If you currently have unfilled orders, strategy orders, or open positions generated through API trading, please make sure to complete the following actions before June 5:

• Cancel all unfilled pending orders;
• Stop all API trading strategies;
• Close positions or adjust your positions in a timely manner based on your own risk management needs;
• Confirm that there are no orders or positions in your account that rely on automatic API management.

4. Positions Not Closed in Time Will Be Force-Closed by the System
To prevent users from being unable to manage their positions after API services are disabled, if users still hold open positions when API services are disabled on June 5, the platform system will force-close the relevant positions. Please make sure to manage your positions in advance to avoid unnecessary losses.

5. Please Manage Your Account Manually via the Platform After API Discontinuation
After APIs are disabled, users will no longer be able to manage their accounts automatically through APIs. If you still need to manage account assets, orders, or positions, please operate manually via the platform’s Web terminal or App.

Please make trading arrangements and risk control preparations in advance to avoid being unable to cancel orders, close positions, or manage positions in a timely manner due to API discontinuation. Any risks or losses arising from users’ failure to handle orders, strategies, or positions in time shall be borne by the users themselves.

After the maintenance is completed, the platform will issue a restoration notice as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and support.
