To further enhance platform performance and improve user experience, FameEX will conduct a system upgrade and maintenance starting at 16:00 (UTC) on July 23, 2025. During this period, your trading activities and certain platform features may be temporarily affected. Please rest assured that we are fully committed to ensuring the security of your assets throughout this process.

Maintenance Start Time: July 23, 2025, 16:00 (UTC)
Estimated Duration: Two weeks (subject to official announcements)

Affected Services:
• Suspension of Trading Services: During the upgrade, all spot and futures trading functions will be temporarily unavailable.
• Withdrawals Unaffected: You can withdraw your assets as usual without any interruptions.
• Futures Positions Reminder: Please monitor market volatility and make appropriate arrangements in advance. Close positions early if necessary to avoid unnecessary losses.
• Suspension of API-related features (including spot, futures, etc.)
• Platform Events: Ongoing events will continue as scheduled, and rewards distribution will not be affected. Upcoming events will be postponed until after the system upgrade and will be announced separately.

Important Reminders:
1. The security of your assets will not be affected by the upgrade, and all trading data will remain intact.
2. Please adjust your trading plans in advance to avoid any interruptions caused by this maintenance.
3. All pending orders will be cancelled during the maintenance. Once the upgrade is complete, you may place new orders.
4. Please follow our official channels for updates and verify any information there. Be cautious of fraudulent or misleading sources.
