How to Change Your Email Address? (Web)

1. Open the FameEX App. Tap the ‘User Center’ icon in the upper left corner.

2. Tap ‘Security Center’.

3. Tap the ‘>’ button in the ‘Email’ section.

4. Tap ‘Modify’ to enter. 

5. Security verification: Click ‘Send’ to receive your verification code. The system will send a verification code to your original email or mobile. Please check and enter immediately.

6.  Enter your new email address and click ‘Send’ to receive the verification code. The system will send a verification code to your new email address. Please check and enter immediately. Click ‘Modify’ to complete your change.

7. Then, you’ve successfully changed your email.

Reminder:

1. When changing your email address, you will need to enable or link at least one email or 2FA verification. 

2. You need to verify your new email login password when changing your email address.

3. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after changing your email.
