The FameEX Global Affiliate Program aims to establish a wide and highly reputable affiliate ecosystem worldwide. As a FameEX affiliate, you will receive an exclusive referral link. By inviting users to register on FameEX through your link, you will earn commissions from all of their trading fees.

1. Commissions for FameEX Global Affiliates

LV 3	85%	85%	1. Invite at least 100 new users. 2. Total trading volume from all newly registered users reaches 10,000,000 USDT.

Notes:

1) Affiliates who have passed the platform’s review will have their commission automatically promoted to LV1.

2) Affiliates evaluations are conducted half a year, and affiliates who got approved will be evaluated immediately for the current period.

3) If any affiliates meet the evaluation criteria during the evaluation period, they will be automatically promoted to the next level after the end of the evaluation. However, affiliates who fail to meet the criteria during the evaluation will be automatically downgraded gradually till regular users.

4) Affiliate commissions are calculated in real-time and settled on an hourly basis.

5) Affiliate commissions are calculated based on the actual trading fees paid by the invitees, excluding using deductions, futures trial funds, or AMEF.

2. How to Become Our Affiliate?

Step 1: Apply for a FameEX Affiliate

Submit your application form and our team will evaluate whether you meet the criteria. You will be notified of the result by email within 3 working days.

Step 2: Share your referral link on your communities, social media, or other channels.

Generate your referral link on your FameEX account and share it via articles, Twitter, videos, social platforms, etc.

Step 3: Earn commissions.
If your friends sign up on FameEX via your referral link and complete trading, you will earn commissions.

3. Basic Requirements for FameEX Global Affiliate Applications (eligible to one of the following conditions):

1. Owners of social media accounts with more than 5,000 followers;
2. Have a community of over 500 members;
3. Have a self-built website and platform;
4. For other effective promotions, please contact our business managers.

4. Other Terms & Conditions
1. For affiliates who have collaborated with FameEX, their original benefits remain unchanged.
2. Referral rule: It is required that affiliates should invite friends for registration through their exclusive referral links. Otherwise, the invitations will not be counted.
3. In the following situations, an account will be deemed as a violation by FameEX, not counted for affiliate performance assessment. If an affiliate has the following behaviors, they will be disqualified.
1) Carrying out the above missions through the API.
2) If more than 2 accounts use the same deposit or withdrawal address, the accounts will be frozen.
3) Operating multiple accounts (≥2) with the same IP address is prohibited. If discovered, the winnings will be retracted.
4) Multiple users (≥2) registering through the same device is forbidden, and users can only claim the winnings through 1 device.
5) Users will be disqualified who are deemed to be wash trading or illegally bulk registering accounts, as well as for trades that appear to be self-dealing or market manipulation.
4. FameEX reserves the right to the final interpretation of the event, and the above terms are subject to real-time adjustments based on market conditions without prior notice to users.
