Suspend USDT(ERC20) deposit/withdrawal

Due to the USDT (ERC20) node upgrade, FAMEEX has now suspended the deposit and withdrawal of USDT (ERC20) at 11:00 am on September 22, 2020 (SGT).
Resumption will be made as soon as the upgrade is completed and the resumption time will be notified via another announcement. Sorry for the inconvenience caused during the suspension!
