To provide you with a better service and user experience, FameEX has officially launched the new version of the Trial Fund system.
As the latest version of the FameEX APP has not yet been released, due to cross-version compatibility, the trial fund claiming function will be adjusted in phases across different platforms. The details are as follows:
1. Web Version (Claiming Available)
The Web version now fully supports the claiming of the new trial funds. If you need to claim your trial fund, please prioritize using a computer or mobile browser to visit the FameEX official website, log into your account, and you will be able to complete the claiming process smoothly.
2. APP Version (Claiming Temporarily Suspended)
The trial fund claiming function on the APP is temporarily unavailable. We are actively working on releasing the new APP version. Once the latest version of the APP is officially launched and updated, the claiming function on the APP will be restored synchronously. Please pay attention to subsequent official announcements for the specific release and restoration time.
