How to retrieve crypto deposits with a wrong or missing tag/memo
If you forget to use or use a wrong Tag/Memo, the deposit will not be credited to the account. In this case, please contact FameEX support with the information as follows:
・Token name: It is recommended to to check the withdrawal token name on the corresponding withdrawal platform.
・Deposit amount: Please fill in the amount accurately. Make sure to provide the complete withdrawal amount from the withdrawal source.
・TXID (Hash value): TXID is a transfer ID in a block. Please ensure that the provided TXID block information corresponds to the incorrect deposit unnecessary delays in the support team’s investigation. If you are not clear how to query your deposit TXID, please consult the online customer service of the withdrawal source.
・Your email address. Our support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Note: If, by chance, the tag/memo you filled in corresponds to another user's, your deposit might be inadvertently sent to that user's account. Please note that we cannot ensure the recovery of the assets in this scenario.
