How to Deposit Digital Assets to FameEX? (App)

What Is Deposit?

If you have digital assets on other platforms or in personal wallets, you can transfer them to the FameEX platform for trading. This process is called a deposit.

How to Deposit Cryptos to FameEX? (App) 

Here is an example demonstrating how to transfer Bitcoin (BTC) from Platform A to FameEX. Please choose the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit based on your needs.

1. Go to the FameEX app and log in to your account. Tap the 'Deposit' button in the top-right corner.

Or, you can tap 'Assets' in the bottom-right corner to enter, then find 'Deposit'.

2. Select your deposit details. Choose BTC as the coin and select the deposit network to access the BTC deposit page.

3. Tap 'Deposit Network' to select your preferred network.

4. You will get your deposit address. Tap the 'Copy' button to copy the BTC deposit address, then paste it into the BTC withdrawal address field on Platform A.

Or, you can scan the FameEX deposit QR code directly from Platform A.

You can also tap 'Save and Share' to save the deposit address as an image in your phone's photo album.

5. On Platform A, enter the withdrawal amount and any required information. After confirming that all details are correct, proceed by clicking the withdrawal button.

6. Depending on Platform A’s security requirements, you may need to complete verification steps such as entering your fund password, SMS code, email code, or Google verification code. Once the withdrawal is confirmed, the transaction will be included in the blockchain network. After it is confirmed by miners, your deposit will be credited to your FameEX account.

If you have any questions about the withdrawal process on Platform A, please contact their customer service to verify the details and avoid any unnecessary asset loss.

Note: Before making a deposit, please ensure that the currency, network (chain type), and address are all correct. If any of these are incorrect, the deposit may fail to arrive and cannot be retrieved.
