How to Change My Mobile Number? (App)

1. Open the FameEX app and tap the ‘User Center’ icon in the top-left corner.

2. Tap ‘Security Center’

3. Tap the ‘>’ button next to the ‘Mobile Number’.

4. Click the ‘Edit’ button, then select ‘>’.

5. Read the reminder and click the ‘I got it’ button to confirm you understand.

6. Verify your original mobile number: Click 'Send’ to get the verification code, enter the verification code sent to your original number, then enter your new mobile number and click 'Send’ to get the verification code again. After entering the new code, click 'Modify' to complete the update.

Reminder:

1. When changing your mobile number, you will need to enable or link at least one email or Google verification. 

2. If you change your registered mobile phone number, you will need to verify your login password.

3. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 48 hours after changing your mobile number.
