To further enhance the platform’s matching engine performance and overall trading experience, FameEX will conduct a scheduled system upgrade. During this period, the platform will be temporarily unavailable, and services such as trading, wallets, and APIs will be suspended.
 
 
Upgrade Time: May 10, 2025, 05:00 – 06:00 (UTC)
Estimated Duration: Approximately 1 hour
 
 
Affected Services:
  • Spot trading functions (including order placement, matching, and cancellation)
  • Futures trading functions (including order placement, matching, and cancellation)
  • API services (Spot and Futures)
  • Wallet functions (including deposits and withdrawals)
  • Front-end order placement and closing functions
  • Project-side API services
 
 
Important Reminders:

1. This upgrade requires full system downtime. Please plan your trades in advance to avoid any impact during the maintenance window.
2. All open orders will be retained and matching will resume automatically once the system is back online.
