Web Version

1) Go to the FameEX website and log in to your account. Click [VIP Center] at the top to enter the page.

App Version

1) Open the FameEX App and log in to your account. Tap [VIP] in the main section on the homepage to enter the VIP Center.

2) In the upgrade progress section, you can view the following three VIP upgrade metrics:

• 30-day spot trading volume
• 30-day futures trading volume
• 30-day average asset holdings

The page will show your current status, target value, and upgrade progress for each metric. This allows you to see how far you are from the next VIP level.

Q3: How Do I Qualify for VIP or Upgrade My VIP Level?

In general, no separate application is required to become a FameEX VIP. You only need to meet the requirement for any one of the following metrics:

1) Increase your 30-day spot trading volume

Check your current 30-day spot trading volume and the amount required to reach the target VIP level in the VIP Center. Click [Trade] to enter the spot trading page.

2) Increase your 30-day futures trading volume

Check your current 30-day futures trading volume and the amount required to reach the target VIP level. Click [Trade] to enter the futures trading page.

3) Increase your 30-day average asset holdings

Check your current 30-day average asset holdings and the amount required to reach the target VIP level. If you need to add assets to your account, click [Deposit] and follow the page instructions to complete your deposit.

FameEX recalculates VIP levels every day at 00:00 (UTC+8) based on account data from the previous 30 days. You do not need to meet all three requirements. The system calculates the eligible VIP level for each metric and applies the highest level reached.

For example, if your spot trading volume qualifies for VIP2, your futures trading volume qualifies for VIP4, and your average asset holdings qualify for VIP3, your final VIP level will be VIP4.

Q4: How Do I Apply for Cross-Exchange VIP+1?

If you have a qualified trading volume, asset balance, or VIP level on another crypto trading platform, you can apply for FameEX Cross-Exchange VIP+1 to reach the corresponding VIP level more quickly. FameEX will review your VIP level, trading volume, or asset proof and match your level according to the applicable FameEX VIP requirements.

Here are the application steps:

1) Enter [VIP Center] and scroll down to the [Cross-Exchange VIP+1] section to fill in the application.

2) Enter the name of the other trading platform, your VIP level on that platform, relevant screenshots, and your Telegram contact details. Upload clear and valid screenshots showing your VIP level, trading volume, or assets as required. Review the information and uploaded documents, then click [Submit Application].

3) FameEX will review your information after submission. Once approved, our official FameEX representative will contact you through the contact details you provided. The corresponding VIP level will then be assigned to your account based on the review result.

*Cross-Exchange VIP+1 is a temporary VIP level with a validity period of 30 days. After the validity period ends, the system will recalculate your VIP level at 00:00 on the following day based on your actual trading volume and asset data on FameEX.

Q5: How Do I Check VIP Benefits?

Enter [VIP Center] to view the benefits that are unlocked or not yet unlocked for your current VIP level. FameEX VIP benefits include:

• VIP Account Manager: Users who meet the required VIP level can unlock access to a dedicated VIP account manager for more tailored service and support.
• VIP Monthly Coupon Package: Users who meet the required VIP level can receive VIP-exclusive coupon benefits. The specific coupon types, distribution schedule, and usage rules are subject to the information shown in the VIP Center.
• VIP Exclusive Package: Users who meet the required VIP level can unlock VIP-exclusive packages. Available rewards and claim methods are subject to the relevant campaign rules and information shown on the VIP Benefits page.

Q7: Will My VIP Level Be Downgraded Immediately If I No Longer Meet the Requirements?

No. VIP1 and above are eligible for a VIP level retention period. If the system recalculates your account data and you temporarily no longer meet the requirements for your current VIP level, your current level will be retained for 7 calendar days.

During the retention period, you can continue to enjoy the trading fee rates and VIP badge associated with your current level. The VIP Center will show the progress required to retain your current level instead of your progress toward the next level. You can try to meet trading volume or average asset requirements for your current VIP level again under the retention period. If you still do not meet the requirements when the retention period ends, the system will recalculate your VIP level based on your actual account data.

Important Notes

1) Your VIP level is calculated based on your 30-day spot trading volume, 30-day futures trading volume, and 30-day average asset holdings. Meeting any one of these requirements qualifies you for the corresponding VIP level.

2) If different metrics qualify for different VIP levels, the system will apply the highest level reached across the three metrics.

3) VIP levels and related data are updated regularly by the system. Please refer to the information displayed in the VIP Center for the latest details.

4) Some trading pairs may have specific fee rates. In such cases, VIP fee rates will not apply. Please refer to the actual fee rate displayed on the trading page.

5) Cross-Exchange VIP+1 is a temporary VIP level. Once its validity period ends, your VIP level will be recalculated based on your actual data on FameEX.
