How to Reset Login Password? (Web)

1. Log in to your FameEX account. Click the upper 'User Center' icon, then click 'Account Management'.

2. Under ‘Account Management’, go to ‘Security Settings' and click ‘Modify’ next to ‘Login Password’.

3. Enter ‘Original login password’, ‘Set new password’, and ‘Confirm new password’, then tap ‘Send’ to get your SMS verification code. Enter the verification code correctly, select ‘Modify’, and complete the password change.

(Password requirements include 8 to 20 characters and at least four of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits, and special symbols.

Note:

1. Please use your registered mobile number to complete the security verification when resetting your password.

2. For security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 48 hours after the password reset.
