FameEX TradFi Trading Guide for U.S. Stocks, Gold, Forex, and More (Web)
2026-09-03 08:56:49FameEX TradFi allows users to trade price movements across U.S. stocks, forex, precious metals, commodities, and other traditional financial markets using USDT. TradFi products are offered as perpetual futures. Users can go long or short based on their market outlook and use leverage subject to the applicable trading rules.
TradFi trading on FameEX involves opening contract positions linked to the price of an underlying asset. It does not mean directly buying actual stocks, precious metals, or other assets in traditional financial markets. Holding a TradFi contract therefore does not give users ownership of the underlying asset. USDT is primarily used as the margin and settlement asset, so there is no need to open a separate overseas brokerage account or convert funds into fiat currencies.
1. How to Use FameEX TradFi?
Before starting TradFi trading, please make sure your account meets the applicable trading requirements and that your Futures Account has sufficient available USDT.
1) Go to the FameEX website and log in to your account. Click [TradFi] at the top to enter the trading page. You can also click [TradFi] from the [Futures] trading interface to switch directly to TradFi trading.

2) View the currently supported TradFi contracts from the trading pair list on the left. Select the market you want to trade, such as [XAU/USDT] or [SNDK/USDT].

3) Before trading, make sure your [Futures Account] has sufficient available USDT. If your assets are held in another account, click the [Transfer] icon to transfer USDT to your Futures Account.
*If you are prompted to activate futures trading or accept the relevant agreements, follow the on-screen instructions before proceeding.

4) Choose your margin mode, leverage, and order type in the order panel. Enter the order price and amount. You can also set up TP/SL levels if needed.

5) Select [Open Long] if you expect the price to rise. Select [Open Short] if you expect the price to fall. Review the order details and submit the order.

Supported leverage, order sizes, and trading specifications may vary by TradFi contract. Please refer to the information shown on the trading page.
6) After the order is filled, you can view your current position under [Positions] at the bottom of the trading page. Position details include the entry price, mark price, unrealized PnL, liquidation price, and other relevant information.

7) You can also use [TP/SL] or [Close] to manage or close your position.

8) Unfilled orders can be viewed or canceled under [Open Orders]. Completed orders and trade records can be found under [Order History] and [Trade History].

2. TradFi Trading Hours
FameEX TradFi currently supports 24/7 trading. Users can trade supported TradFi contracts regardless of their local time zone. However, the traditional financial markets linked to TradFi contracts may follow their own market hours. U.S. stocks, forex, precious metals, and commodities each have different trading sessions and market schedules.
Therefore, 24/7 TradFi trading does not mean that the underlying traditional markets are also open 24/7. Contract prices, spreads, liquidity, and trading risks may differ during market closures, holidays, periods of lower liquidity, major market events, or other special trading periods. Individual TradFi contracts may also be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, pricing sources, risk controls, or product adjustments. Please refer to the trading status shown on FameEX and the latest platform announcements.
3. What Fees Apply to TradFi Trading?
FameEX TradFi may involve the following main fees:
1) Trading Fees
When an order is filled, the trading fee is calculated based on the filled order value and the applicable fee rate. Fee rates may vary by trading pair, VIP level, or platform fee rules. Please refer to the FameEX fee information and the trading page for the latest rates.
2) Funding Fees
TradFi contracts may use a funding rate mechanism for funding fee settlements. Funding rates may change based on market conditions. Whether you pay or receive funding fees depends on the applicable contract rules and funding rate. Please refer to the contract information and trading page for the applicable rate and settlement schedule.
4. Important Notes for TradFi Trading
1) TradFi contracts do not represent ownership of the underlying asset.
Users trade perpetual futures linked to the price movements of the relevant market. They do not directly own stocks, gold, crude oil, or other underlying assets.
2) 24/7 TradFi trading is different from traditional market hours.
FameEX TradFi may remain available for trading while the underlying traditional market is closed. Prices, liquidity, and volatility may vary across different trading periods.
3) Trading specifications vary by market.
Maximum leverage, minimum order size, price precision, risk controls, and other parameters may differ between TradFi contracts. Please refer to the latest information shown on each TradFi trading page.
4) Leverage magnifies both potential profits and losses.
During periods of significant market volatility, leveraged positions may incur substantial losses in a short period and may be subject to liquidation.
5) TradFi prices may be affected by a wide range of market factors.
U.S. stocks, forex, precious metals, and commodities may be affected by company news, earnings reports, interest rates, exchange rates, economic data, geopolitical events, and global liquidity conditions.
*Risk Warning: TradFi perpetual futures are high-risk derivative products. Positions may be liquidated during periods of rapid market movement, changes in liquidity, or insufficient margin. Before trading TradFi, make sure you understand the product structure, pricing mechanism, fees, leverage, margin requirements, and liquidation rules. Trade carefully based on your experience, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance.
