If you mistakenly withdraw funds to a wrong address, you might still have a little chance to retrieve the funds when the withdrawal status shown as below.
1. If the [Status] shows that the transaction is "Pending", you can cancel your withdrawal request by yourself.
2. If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Reviewing”, you can contact our customer service team to cancel your withdrawal request. However, we still cannot guarantee to cancel your withdrawal request successfully in this stage as it may have some lag-time between processing and transaction.
Note:
If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Completed”, it means that your funds have been sent out successfully and we are unable to provide any further assistance in this stage.
