How to Withdraw from FameEX? (App)

What Is Withdrawal?

The process that transfers digital assets from FameEX to other exchange platforms or wallets is withdrawal.

How to Withdraw Crypto from FameEX?

Note: We're using BTC withdrawals from the FameEX App as an example here, but you can choose any cryptocurrency and network as needed.

1. Go to our official FameEX App, log in to your account, and tap the 'Assets' icon at the bottom right corner. 

2. Tap the 'Withdraw' button.

3. Enter or select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw. 

4. Enter the withdrawal address of the recipient platform or wallet, and choose the correct blockchain network (mainnet). 

5. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. You can also add a remark (optional). Then, tap the 'Withdraw' button.

6. On the withdrawal confirmation page, carefully review all the details: the cryptocurrency, withdrawal address, network, amount to be received, and fees. Make sure everything is correct to avoid asset loss. Once verified, tap 'Withdraw' to proceed.

7. In accordance with FameEX’s policy, two-factor authentication is required, which may involve a phone/email verification code or a Google Authenticator code. If your withdrawal address is already on the whitelist, security verification will not be necessary. For on-chain withdrawals, requests are first reviewed by the FameEX platform before being submitted to the blockchain network. Once the transaction is confirmed by miners, the withdrawal will be completed. For internal transfers, the crypto will be sent directly to the receiving account after approval by the FameEX platform.

Note: Before withdrawing, please ensure that the withdrawal crypto, chain type, and withdrawal address/receiving account are correct. If any of these are incorrect, the withdrawal may not be credited to the recipient's account and cannot be retrieved.
