How to Enable/Disable/Change Google 2FA (App)

Download the Google Authenticator App First:

For iOS users, you can find it in the App Store by searching "Google Authenticator”.

For Android users, you can find it in Google Play by searching "Google Authenticator”.

How to enable your Google 2FA?

1. Open the FameEX App. Tap the ‘User Center’ icon in the upper left of the screen.

2. Tap ‘Security Center’.

3. Click ‘Google Verification’.

4. Download and install the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device, then copy and enter the key to set up your Google Verification.

5. Enter your password and GA code from the app, then click ‘Link’.

6. Your Google 2FA has been added successfully.

How to disable your Google 2FA?

1. Open the FameEX App. Tap the ‘User Center’ icon in the upper left of the screen.

2. Tap ‘Security Center’.

3. Click ‘Google Verification’.

4. Tap to disable the ‘Google Verification’.

5. Read the ‘Reminder’ and click ‘I got it’ to confirm your understanding of the security policy.

6. Enter or paste your GA Verification Code and click ‘Confirm’.

Reminder: Please note that withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 48 hours after Google 2FA reset (i.e., enable or disable) because of security concerns.
