What Is Withdrawal?

The process that transfers digital assets from FameEX to other exchange platforms or wallets is withdrawal.

How to Withdraw Crypto from FameEX?

Note: We're using BTC withdrawals as an example here, but you can choose any cryptocurrency and network as needed.

1. Log in to your FameEX account on the official website and click the ‘Assets’ icon in the top-right corner.

2. Click ‘Withdraw’. 

3. Before withdrawing, please make sure you’ve linked at least two types of verification methods.

4. Select the coin you wish to withdraw.

5. Select ‘On-Chain’ or ‘Internal Transfer (No Fee)’. Currently, FameEX supports these two withdrawal methods.

(1) Select ‘On-Chain’.

• Fill in the basic information for withdrawing crypto. Select BTC and enter the BTC withdrawal address of the receiving platform or wallet, and select the Network type.

• Fill in the withdrawal details. Enter the withdrawal amount and optional transfer remarks. If you need to withdraw crypto with a Memo/Tag, fill in the MEMO/Tag according to the requirements of the receiving platform or wallet. After double-checking the information, click “Withdraw”.

(2) Select ‘Internal Transfer’. The internal transfer feature allows FameEX users to transfer crypto between FameEX users via the email number/mobile number/UID of the FameEX accounts.

• Fill in the withdrawal basic details: Select BTC, enter either the recipient’s FameEX account email, mobile number, or UID, add a remark (optional), and click ‘Withdraw’.

6. Before confirming a withdrawal, please check that the coin, address, network, amount received, and withdrawal fee are all correct. Carefully verify all details to avoid asset loss. Click ‘Withdraw’ only after confirming all information.

7. In accordance with FameEX’s policy, two-factor authentication is required, which may involve a phone/email verification code or a Google Authenticator code. If your withdrawal address is already on the whitelist, security verification will not be necessary. For on-chain withdrawals, requests are first reviewed by the FameEX platform before being submitted to the blockchain network. Once the transaction is confirmed by miners, the withdrawal will be completed. For internal transfers, the crypto will be sent directly to the receiving account after approval by the FameEX platform.

Note: Before withdrawing, please ensure that the withdrawal crypto, chain type, and withdrawal address/receiving account are correct. If any of these are incorrect, the withdrawal may not be credited to the recipient's account and cannot be retrieved.
