A Bank of America survey in July revealed that 47% of global fund managers expect the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates twice in 2025. Approximately 34% anticipate a single rate cut, 10% foresee no change, and 8% predict three cuts. Only 1% expect more than three cuts, with the current federal funds rate at 4.25%-4.50%.
