BTC and ETH Exchange Inflows Reach Record Highs, Driving Miner Sell-Off

An analyst noted that Bitcoin's rise to historic highs sparked the largest miner sell-off since April, with 16,000 BTC sent to exchanges. On July 15, Bitcoin exchange inflows surged to 81,000 BTC, the highest since February, driven by whales and miners. Transfers of 100 BTC or more increased from 13,000 to 58,000 BTC. Ethereum experienced a similar trend, with around 2 million ETH flowing into exchanges on July 16, marking the highest daily inflow since late February.
