Why Can’t I Receive SMS/Email Verification Codes on FameEX?

1. Unable to Receive SMS Verification Codes

 

If the mobile network is congested or your operations are too frequent, you may not be able to receive the SMS verification code. In this case, please wait for around 30 minutes and try again. In addition, please take the following steps before attempting to get the code again:

 

(1) Ensure your phone number is correct and the phone bill has been paid.

(2) Ensure your device has a good network signal. If it is unstable, try switching to a different network or move your device to a location with a stable connection.

(3) Disable the blacklist function or any other SMS-blocking features on your phone.

(4) Check whether your phone’s storage capacity has reached its limit. If so, you may clear or delete some messages to free up space.

(5) Check if SMS verification codes from other platforms can be received on the same mobile number. If they cannot be received, it is recommended to restart the phone.

 

2. Unable to Receive Email Verification Codes

 

You may not be able to receive the email verification code due to frequent operations. In this case, please wait for around 30 minutes and try again. In addition, please take the following steps before attempting to get the code again:

 

(1) Ensure the email address is correct.

(2) Ensure your device has a good network signal. If it is unstable, try switching to a different network or move your device to a location with a stable connection.

(3) Check whether the email has been intercepted. If an interception setting is in place, please check the spam folder and consider adding the email to the whitelist.

(4) Verify the proper functioning of the email and ensure that the email server settings do not conflict with any firewall or antivirus software. If there is a conflict, please modify the settings accordingly.

(5) Check if the email storage capacity has reached its limit. If the capacity is insufficient, please try to clear or delete some emails to free up space.

(6) Check if the email verification codes from other platforms can be received on the same email account. If they cannot be received, it is recommended to restart your device.
